I'm so happy that you have you on our amazing fitness program! Our commitment here at Body fitness Camp is to give you all the tools you need to give your health and fitness a kick start! My name is Mark Allen and I have always had a passion for food and fitness. Before I was a trainer I was a chef. I love cooking but the chef lifestyle did not excite me as much as coaching did. I have helped hundreds of people transform their health and fitness through my fitness programs and I find that very rewarding.
