My name is Mark Allen and I have always had a passion for food and fitness. Before I was a trainer I was a chef. I love cooking but the chef lifestyle did not excite me as much as coaching did. I have helped hundreds of people transform their health and fitness through my fitness programs and I find that very rewarding.
